It was on Saturday, June, 1974 around 3:00 p.m. in Springfield, Ohio while riding my motorbike on the way to my garden when the accident occurred. I was traveling about 45 miles per hour. I was not speeding because there was a policeman behind me, so I was behaving myself. I was in the left lane when this large Caprice station wagon turned in the front of me from the right lane going toward the shopping mall. All I remember was hitting the station wagon. That was it!!Immediately, I was in a bright light, better yet, I was the bright light!!! The light was substance. There was nothing else but me. This lighted substance was huge! It was everywhere and in everything. This lighted substance was SPIRIT and it encompassed the entire universe and beyond. This was where I always was and where I always will be. I had need of nothing; nothing else existed......JUST ME! In this light was peace, joy, happiness, love and every good thing. These are the only words that we know in our world to try to explain the wonderful goodness of Yahweh. Whether in the body or out of the body, I do not know. I just was! I had no eyes, yet I could see. I had no ears, mouth, nose, hands or physical parts, yet I still existed. I had no need for anything physical, yet I was!! In this state I did not know there was a physical world, neither was my name Richard Ned Davis. There was no Richard Ned Davis.....ONLY YAHWEH! I was ONE with Yahweh who is Spirit.
Many people were in Springfield the week of my accident because IDMR was having its first State Convention. There were people from around the world in the city at that time. Most of the information surrounding my accident came from eyewitnesses who were present and had full knowledge of the events. Without their personal testimonies, it would be difficult to explain what happened.. When I hit the station wagon, I went over the top of the roof taking with me the luggage rack which I pulled off with my teeth. The Police officer found my teeth, which were plucked out by the roots still lying on the top of the roof of the wagon. The steering damper, which adjusts the tension of the steering of the motorbike, hit me in the groin and ripped off my genitals. The facemask that was attached to the helmet I was wearing, shattered and a splintered portion went up my nose cutting it off my face. My jaw was broken on impact, my leg was broken, my pubic arch was crushed, and I had a cerebral contusion on the brain. I lost a lot of blood!
I was told that I was fighting while someone was attempting to remove my helmet. I do not know what the "physical man" was doing, but the spiritual man was not there. The policeman witnessed the whole accident as well as others who were present. I was told that I was taken to the hospital by ambulance where I was not expected to live. I was told that I was in a coma and placed on a table by the nurses' station in the intensive care unit. I guess that they placed me there so when I died they could just take me on to the morgue. I was not placed in a "room" in the intensive care unit.
At the exact same time of accident, Dr. Kinley and several of the ministers had gone to the lake to fish. I was told that just as they were loading the boat with their gear, Dr. Kinley fell to the ground. The men rushed over and asked if he was alright. Dr. Kinley said, yes, but told them that they had to go back to Springfield. Nobody questioned him as to the reason they had to return. They just loaded their gear and returned to town. Upon their arrival, Dr. Kinley's sister, Nida Bell Cox ran to meet him attempting to tell him about the accident. He said to her, "YES, I know". He then went into the house and later that evening had his regular session in the basement as usual. He did not discuss the accident with the class. The next day he went to Sunday class as usual and still did not talk about the accident . After the meeting was over, he called Dr Bob Buffington and Dr Oliver Gill requesting them to accompany him. He did not tell them where they were going. The three men went straight to the hospital. When they were getting off the elevator, there stood a very "tall" priest. Dr. Kinley said to the two men, "Now that's a High Priest". They all laughed and went on to the nurses' station.
Dr. Kinley told the nurse that they wanted to see Richard Davis. She said, "You can't talk to him".... She pointed to someone that resembled a piece of blue, purple, and scarlet meat lying on the table by the nurses' station. The person was unrecognizable as a man. Dr. Buffington said that my eyes were swollen shut, my lips were sealed shut with clotted blood, my nose was just lying across my face, and there was not one clear piece of flesh on my body. The doctors expected the body to expire at anytime. There was not movement since the accident yet the physical body refused to die.
I was told that Dr. Kinley stood on one side of me, Dr. Oliver Gill stood on the other side, Dr. Buffington stood at my feet and the nurse at my head. Dr. Buffington said he thought that Dr. Kinley was meditating the way he was looking at me. Dr. Kinley turned to him and said, "NO BOB, I AM CONCENTRATING''! He had read Dr. Buffington's unexpressed thoughts! Dr. Buffington said he was so scared that he tried to clear his mind so he would have no thoughts in his head at all. Dr. Kinley then returned to his "concentration". Then the light went out!!! Everything immediately became pitch black. The blackness was so thick it could be felt, yet there was no sensation of touch. In that darkness was everything evil; murder, rape, hatred, jealousy, lust, envy... I was being drawn somewhere. I felt like I was putting on an extremely tight wet suit. I was immediately put back into this body. I was put back in "HELL". I was angry. THIS PHYSICAL BODY IS DEATH, HELL, AND THE GRAVE.
I opened my eyes and there was Dr. Kinley. I said , "Hi Doc". He responded, "Hi Richard"' I asked Dr. Kinley how was he? He said he was fine. I thought the nurse was going to have a heart attack when she looked at me. She asked me some questions and I answered all of them correctly. She then told the men that they had to leave. I FELT FINE1 They did not have to go anywhere. I had no pain at all, but I was angry with Dr. Kinley for putting me back in this body. BACK IN HELL. I was instantaneously healed. I did not know the extent of my injuries. I had to be told everything. My jaw was never wired, my nose was never packed, my genital area was reattached, my crushed pubic arch looked like it was put back together with super glue, the cerebral contusion disappeared, and there were no bruises on my body. YAHWEH destroyed this body and put it back together. He made it so he knew just how to fix the broken pieces! I understand that my accident was not for me, but to prove to the people that the man called Dr. Henry Clifford Kinley was really "YAHWEH, ELOHIM, YAHSHUA'. embodied in a physical man. Yahweh does not change. He is the same Yahweh yesterday, today, and forever.
Summary and Additional Information from Joyce To summarize this testimony, Yahweh has not gone anywhere. In 1996 after a long and hard fight with Lou Gherig's disease, Richard begged Yahweh to take him out of that useless body. He wanted to return to the glorious light he now knew beyond any doubt to be YAHWEH, his Father. No, he did not look up to a "sky god" to pray or whisper to the wind in vain. Richard preached to the students and gave his personal testimony wherever he was received. Many did not believe or receive him, but as Richard said, "That's their great loss". On April 28, 1997 at exactly 6:00 a.m. eastern standard time at Emory Hospital, Atlanta, Georgia, during the week of Passover, Dr. Richard Ned Davis passed over from this world. At the moment of his expiration, a great bolt of lighting flashed through the window and struck him in the chest. (I was told it was a vision) I, Joyce Cummings Davis and Jackie McCain both witnessed seeing this wonderful phenomenon. This is the truth. I lie not. When it hit, we both said at the same time, "did you see that?" The nurse was in the same room that took care of Richard for the majority of the three days and three nights he was there. To this day, we cannot locate her. We were told that a doctor called Richard's time of death. I beg their pardon; it was that same nurse that said to us "IT IS OVER'.We are the children of Yahweh and we must suffer many things, but in the end we want to hear our Father say, "WELL DONE MY GOOD AND FAITHFUL SERVANT."
